Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner

Timothy D. Haskin

Mr. Haskin is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Westpine Partners. He is involved in all aspects of the business, with an emphasis on strategic direction, complex investments, capital-raising activities, and investor relationships.

Mr. Haskin has an extensive background in real estate finance, with over 45 years of experience. He has expertise in developing, financing and repositioning large-scale real estate projects, in addition to an extensive knowledge of global real estate capital markets. He has been involved in closing over $15 billion transactions during his career.

Timothy Haskin was a Partner and Senior Managing Director of AECOM Capital and was on the Investment Committee of the AECOM Canyon Fund which raised $500 million. He joined AECOM Capital in 2013 and was involved with all AECOM Capital investments identifying, structuring, and negotiating complex development and value-added projects. AECOM Capital invested in over 20 projects since its founding, valued in excess of $5 billion across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, mixed-use, hotel, residential and office condominiums, office, and student housing.

Previously, he was the Founder and President of Peninsula Real Estate LLC, a New York City based real estate investment firm focused on value-add investments. Prior to Peninsula, Mr. Haskin was a Partner, Managing Director, and Executive Vice President of Tishman Hotel and Realty Corporation for 13 years. He was responsible for acquisitions and capital raising for the company’s substantial principal investments, including The Westin NY at Times Square, which included a $5 billion hotel portfolio. He started his real estate career in banking at Chase Manhattan Bank and Citicorp Real Estate, Inc.

Haskin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Certificates in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University, Edwin L. Cox School of Business. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and has been a guest lecturer at various academic institutions.

Managing Director and Partner

Hui Sen Chua

Ms. Chua is a founding Partner at Westpine Partners. Ms. Chua is involved in all aspects of the business, with an emphasis on strategic direction, investment acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, capital raising and strategic investor relationships.

Prior to Westpine, Ms. Chua was a Principal at BlazeRidge, a family office where she was responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities with joint venture partners in the private markets primarily focused on real estate and venture capital.

Previously, Ms. Chua was a Director at AECOM Capital, where she was a founding member, and she focused primarily on acquisitions of new investment opportunities and portfolio management of current assets for AECOM Capital Global Fund 1. During her tenure, she was involved in the development of over 10 million square feet of multifamily, hotel, residential condo, office, and mixed-use asset in the US, UK, and additional key cities in Western Europe. She was also heavily involved in capital raising and helped to structure various investment vehicles for AECOM Capital.

Prior to AECOM Capital, Ms. Chua worked at AXA Real Estate and Orient Express Hotels, focused primarily on acquisitions of new investment opportunities and joint venture partnerships with local partners. Ms. Chua started her career working in real estate development and business consulting in Malaysia.

Ms. Chua holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelors of Civil Engineering with Honors from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom.

Senior Analyst

Raymond Hui

Mr. Raymond Hui is the Senior Analyst at Westpine Partners. Mr. Hui plays a key role in underwriting new deals, leading due diligence efforts, and asset managing existing investments..

Prior to joining Westpine Partners, Mr. Hui honed his expertise at Hang Lung Properties, a Hong Kong-based real estate developer. There, his primary focus was on the leasing and asset management of both commercial and residential properties. Additionally, Mr. Hui commenced his career journey in Mainland China while working at Alibaba Group.

Mr. Hui holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Geography and Resource Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, followed by a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Molly Jones

Molly Jones is an administrative professional with ten years of experience supporting executives within the financial and hospitality sectors. A graduate of Boston University, she is interested in the intersection of community and culture as a means to improve social, physical, and financial health outcomes.
